Which account can I connect?
Connect only a creator account you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Confirm the displayed account identity before continuing.
Why are some privacy options unavailable?
Privacy options and interaction limits are returned by the connected platform for that account. The workspace does not invent or override unavailable choices.
What is the difference between a draft and a Direct Post?
A draft is transferred for further editing in the destination platform. A Direct Post submits the reviewed settings from the workspace to the authorized profile.
Why is my post still processing?
The destination platform may process media after accepting the request. Keep the publishing ID and allow time for processing before assuming the post failed.
How do I revoke access?
Use the connected platform's account settings to remove the app connection. Revoking access prevents the service from making future authorized requests.
How do I request data deletion?
Email service@dotfloor.com from an address you can verify. State that the request concerns Dotfloor Creator Studio and identify the connected account without sending a password or access token.
