Dotfloor Creator Studio Privacy Policy

Dotfloor Creator Studio is a creator publishing service operated by Dotfloor Inc.. This policy explains the information we process when you visit the service, connect a creator account, prepare content, or ask us to delete your data.

Information we collect

We process the account identifier, display name, avatar, permissions you approve, access and refresh tokens, token expiration, publishing preferences, captions, content disclosures, publishing job identifiers and status information returned by the connected platform. We also receive basic security logs such as request time, browser type and IP-derived abuse signals.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate you, show the correct creator identity, let you review and control a post, transfer content after your express consent, display publishing status, protect the service from abuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements. We do not sell personal information or use connected account data for unrelated advertising.

Content and account control

You choose the account, caption, privacy option, interaction settings and required disclosures before publishing. The service does not post without an affirmative action from you. You may revoke access through the connected platform at any time.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with the platform you direct us to use and with infrastructure providers that host, secure and monitor the service. Providers act on our instructions and receive only the data needed to perform their services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained while your connection remains active. Publishing records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for status tracking, security and legal obligations. You may disconnect the account or request deletion by emailing service@dotfloor.com. We will verify the request and delete or de-identify eligible data.

Security

Credentials are encrypted at rest and access is restricted to authorized systems and operators. We use transport encryption, access controls, logging and credential rotation practices. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users must meet the minimum age required by the connected platform and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right or ask a privacy question.
