Dotfloor Creator Studio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dotfloor Creator Studio, a creator publishing service operated by Dotfloor Inc.. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and authority

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and the connected platform. You may connect only an account you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your platform account secure.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant us a limited, revocable license to host, process and transfer content only as needed to provide the publishing action you request. You represent that you have all rights, releases and permissions required for the media, music, people, locations, trademarks and claims in your content.

Creator control

You must review the creator identity, media preview, caption, privacy setting, interaction controls and commercial or AI-generated-content disclosures before submitting. A transfer starts only after your express consent. Processing by the connected platform may take several minutes and remains subject to its rules and limits.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized content; impersonate another person; evade platform safeguards; introduce malware; scrape the service; interfere with other users; or use the service to copy arbitrary third-party content. Do not add promotional watermarks or other material prohibited by the destination platform.

Connected platforms

Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms, community guidelines, music rules, branded-content policies and privacy practices. Platform availability, permissions and limits may change. We may pause a transfer when credentials expire or a request appears unsafe or noncompliant.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, legal requirements, platform requests or service discontinuation. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for platform outages, rejected posts, lost reach or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Dotfloor Inc. from claims arising from your content, your connected account, your violation of these terms or infringement of another person's rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
